All riders MUST turn in a Signed Waiver Form at a Packet Pick-Up. Riders under the age of 18 must have a Waiver Form signed by a parent or legal guardian AND NOTARIZED before attending a Packet Pick-Up. Notary services are not available at any Packet Pick-Up.
